Greetings Lady Golfers,
It has been a long and cold winter but the 2021 golf season is just around the corner.
DON’T FORGET LADIES NIGHT OUT EVERY WEDNESDAY!! There will be an opening dinner on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Happy hour will be at 6:00 pm and dinner to follow at 7:00 pm. All Pennhills ladies are invited to attend. It will be a great way to meet new friends or reacquaint after the long winter season.
The Pennhills Women’s 9 Hole League would like to invite you to participate. We have a wide range of handicaps and skill levels and encourage anyone who is interested to come and join us. We will continue to play on Wednesday nights. The league format will remain a partner’s better ball with handicap. Everyone will be awarded Club credit at the end of the season based on the accumulation of weekly points. We will also be incorporating “fun nights” into league play again including Guest Night and the Rally. Any questions or concerns regarding league play will be addressed at the opening dinner.
If you are interested in playing in league but do not have a partner, please call the golf shop (814-368-6159 ext. 1). We will do our best to find you a partner. If you are not interested in becoming a full-time player, please consider participating as a substitute – they are always needed.
Come out to play golf, socialize and support your Club while have a great time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER FOR LEAGUE BY FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 2021. We will start league play on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. Schedules will be distributed at the opening dinner.
